GENERAL INFORMATION

What are the official dates of the ORCA Roofing Expo and Trade Show
The official dates of the ORCA Roofing Expo are: Tuesday, January 31, through Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Exhibitor move-in is on Monday, January 30, 2017. The first official Expo event is breakfast beginning on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 7:00 a.m. Please check the agenda for up-to-date information.

Where is ORCA Roofing Expo located?
The ORCA Roofing Expo is being held at the Cox Convention Center in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The address is One Myriad Gardens, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102.

What is the Dress Code?
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. *Please note: temperature in Oklahoma City in late January, early February can range anywhere from the lows in the mid 20's to the highs in the mid 70's.

Is there accessibility for persons with disabilities at the Cox Convention Center?
The ORCA Roofing Expo and the Cox Convention Center's goal is to meet every attendee's need. For people with disabilities, that means providing a fully accessible environment. The Cox Convention Center complies with the regulations set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Will child care be provided while I?m attending the expo?
The ORCA Roofing Expo does not provide child care services during the Expo. Attendees requiring assistance with child care should contact the hotel concierge.

I am bringing my family with me to Oklahoma City. Will there be activities for them to enjoy?
The ORCA Roofing Expo does not have scheduled events for your family or friends that come to Oklahoma City with you

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

How can I register for ORCA Roofing Expo?
The ORCA Roofing Expo official website provides Internet registration 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I know if I'm registered?
All attendees will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation is your receipt and verifies your registration information. If you have questions, please call 405.974.3030 or email ce@uco.edu.

What is included in my registration fee?
A full conference registration includes all educational general and breakout sessions; tradeshow activities and breaks; breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

How will I receive my badge?
When you arrive at the ORCA Roofing Expo and check in at a registration counter, you will receive your badge.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Full refunds, less a 50% cancellation fee will be honored for all cancellations received, in writing, by January 13, 2017. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. Send cancellations to ce@uco.edu . If you fail cancel your registration by January 13 and/or no show to the event, you are responsible for payment in full.

What if I need to send someone else in my place?
Attendees may transfer registrations but may be charged an additional fee depending on registration type. All requests must be sent to ce@uco.edu .

How far is the hotel from the convention center?
There are several hotels that are in walking distance.

What is the closest airport to the ORCA Roofing Expo?
Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City (OKC) it is located approximately 15 minutes away from the Cox Convention Center.

EDUCATION

What should I do if the session I would like to attend is full?
The ORCA Roofing Expo suggests that you get to the assigned meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to obtain a seat. You should also note the top two sessions you want to attend during a particular time slot, then you will have a back-up should a session fills up. Please note that all session rooms are set to help foster a creative learning environment and are set to the maximum number of seats allowed per the Fire Marshal.
