The official date of the ORCA Roofing Expo is Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Trade Show booth setup is on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 7:30 am – 10:00 am. Please check the agenda page for up-to-date information.

What is the Dress Code?
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. *Please note: temperature in Norman in mid March can range anywhere from the lows in the mid 20's to the highs in the mid 70's.

Is there accessibility for persons with disabilities at the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel?
The ORCA Roofing Expo and the Embassy Suites Norman Hotel's goal is to meet every attendee's need. For people with disabilities, that means providing a fully accessible environment. The Embassy Suites Norman Hotel complies with the regulations set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Will child care be provided while I'm attending the expo?
The ORCA Roofing Expo does not provide child care services during the Expo. Attendees requiring assistance with child care should contact the hotel concierge.

The ORCA Roofing Expo official website provides Internet registration 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I know if I'm registered?
All attendees will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation is your receipt and verifies your registration information. If you have questions, please call 405.974.3030 or email expo@orcagroup.org.

What is included in my registration fee?
Expo registration includes Full Access to Trade Show, All Educational Sessions, Lunch, and The Shingle Mingle.

How will I receive my badge?
When you arrive at the ORCA Roofing Expo and check in at registration, you will receive your badge.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Full refunds, less a $25 cancellation fee will be honored for all cancellations received, in writing, by February 8, 2019. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. Send cancellations to expo@orcagroup.org. If you fail cancel your registration by February 8, 2019 and/or no show to the event, you are responsible for payment in full.

What if I need to send someone else in my place?
Attendees may transfer registrations but may be charged an additional fee depending on registration type. All requests must be sent to expo@orcagroup.org.

What should I do if the session I would like to attend is full?
The ORCA Roofing Expo suggests that you get to the assigned meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to obtain a seat. Please note that all session rooms are set to help foster a creative learning environment and are set to the maximum number of seats allowed per the Fire Marshal.
